Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Costs

We currently ship to UK addresses only. Standard shipping is £2.95 per order. Orders are normally sent via Royal Mail.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at loisstapletonart@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Returns & Refunds
